Cunninghame Properties Ltd are an independent, privately owned business which was established in 1988 by Managing Director, Derek Andrews, who has over 40 years of local business experience. The company encompasses the letting of both residential and commercial property, factoring and property management and insurance services and is regarded as the largest of its kind in North Ayrshire. The catchment area includes Largs, Fairlie, Seamill and West Kilbride in the north, the three towns of Ardrossan, Saltcoats, Stevenston, together with Kilwinning, Irvine and Dreghorn and inland to Dalry. We are members of the UK Association of Letting Agents - UKALA - The National Approved Letting Scheme - NALS and The Scottish Association of Landlord's - SAL.
