Cusack & Associates was formed in January 1996, by its Principle, Robert M. Cusack. Mr. Cusack is a life long resident of Massachusetts, and has been in the Real Estate appraisal field since 1993. Presently, Mr. Cusack holds a Massachusetts Certified Residential Appraiser License, #4293, and is also a FHA and 203K Loan Appraiser. All of our Associates are certified and licensed residential appraisers, who have successfully completed their education requirements at state certified and accredited schools. The Associates have all lived in their respective communities for a number of years, giving C & A an even greater edge at appraising towns by specific neighborhood analysis, not looking at each town as one giant neighborhood. Cusack & Associates is located in Braintree,MA. This central location provides us easy access to Boston and SuffolkCounty, Route 128 to Norfolk and MiddlesexCounties, Route 24 leading to BristolCounty and also Route 3, which leads to Plymouth and BarnstableCounty properties. Turn around time of appraisals is not an issue at Cusack & Associates. Our policy is quite simple, we will deliver any appraisal whenever the Client needs to have the report. In some instances we have received rush appraisal orders and delivered the completed appraisal report on that very day. Deadlines are critical in our Client's business and C & A will help meet their deadlines any way.
