Cuspofe, Inc. is a corporation set to handle a variety of production projects involving Photography, Videos, Sets and Custom Props. The benefit of this is that the various aspects of a project can be coordinated and represented to a client by a single "rep". Most client projects require coordination of several suppliers (vendors) with different budgets and production schedules. These need to be coordinated into an overall schedule to assure that a project is completed on time within the contracted budget. PRM Group (Project Resource Management Group) is the division of Cuspofe, Inc. that contracts with clients to manage project budgets & production schedules. PRM Group assures that all up front and final payments to vendors are made and services & supplies are delivered correctly and on time. This allows the client to deal one-on-one with a single representative who coordinates all aspects of the project.
