Cussins Ltd is a company dedicated to building homes of excellent quality in terms of both design and construction. Unlike many larger housebuilders, we do not contract out the construction of our homes to main contractors. By employing our own core construction team, we are able to ensure that the quality of our homes always meets the high standards that we demand and that our purchasers have come to expect. As a smaller house-builder we are able to keep a tight control of all aspects of the development process. Great emphasis is placed on the architectural quality, innovation and the individuality of our homes. We do not have standard house types preferring to tailor homes to their location and the demands of potential purchasers. All of the designs that we use are meticulously examined to ensure that each home we create is well thought out and a pleasure to live in. Cussins Ltd is managed by an experienced team comprising; Chairman Peter Cussins, Managing Director James Anderson, Construction Director John Anderson and Land Director Jabin Cussins. Peter Cussins was founder and Chairman of Cussins Property Group Plc 1973-1999 and is currently Chairman of Cussins Ltd and Metnor Group Plc, and a Director of Regent Homes and Hotspur Investments. Jim Anderson has a background in quantity surveying and was Managing Director of Cussins Property Group Plc from 1991-1999 after having joined the company as a Director in 1977. Jim is currently Managing Director of Cussins Ltd and a Director of Regent Homes. John Anderson joined Cussins Property Group in 1980 as Construction Manager and was Director of Cussins South from 1994 until 1999. John is Construction Manager of Cussins Ltd. Jabin Cussins began his career as a land buyer in London and the Home Counties and has an honours degree in Housing Development. Jabin joined Cussins Ltd as a Director in 2002 and works primarily as a Land Buyer.
