Custom Distributors would like to provide an update in accordance with Ohio Governor Mike DeWine's guidelines, as well as considering guidelines from neighboring states, for our "Safe at Work" plan. We are excited to get back to work in a greater capacity than we have been allowed previously but will err on the side of caution to ensure the safety of our staff & clients. With that, please review the following details to see what we are doing to keep you & your family safe as we get back to more normal operations. Effective Thursday, September 17 th , 2020, all Custom Distributors locations will be returning to our normal showroom hours with appointments required. You can see each showroom's hours of operation on our contact us page. In the case that you do not make an appointment, you may be asked to wait outside or in your car until we can safely invite you into the showroom for your selection experience. We are keeping in place our temporary policy of no children for showroom visitation to better control the cleanliness of frequently-touched areas. We are also keeping in place our PPE policy, requiring the use of gloves while in the showroom and highly-recommending the use of a face mask or shield. This PPE will be provided to you when you arrive for your showroom visit if you don't already have it. In addition to in-person showroom visits, we are still offering the option of a virtual appointment through video conferencing solutions such as Zoom, GlobalMeet, Microsoft Teams, and are open to learning new software if you have found a preferred application during this stay-at-home order.
