CVP
For over 30 years, CVP has been one of the leading broadcast and professional video solutions providers in the industry. A management buyout in 2017 saw the company evolve with a greater focus on the overall experience for its customers. CVP's ethos - to be more than just a sales organisation - is at the heart of operations. Fundamentally we are a 'knowledge portal' based on the years of experience and accumulated technical expertise of our staff. We represent around 1000 suppliers and over 100,000 products, but our real value is in our understanding of how it all fits together and how it can be used to create the content that our clients - and their clients - want. Our nationwide network of sales representatives is supported by Engineering, Repairs and Support and warehousing in Brentford, showrooms in Studley, and most recently two flagship facilities in Fitzrovia, London. The CVP & ARRI Creative Space on Charlotte Street and the Creative Experience on Newman Street both offer a relaxed environment in which to handle and test equipment with no sales pressure; visitors are able to walk in with a creative idea, compare and try out options, discuss their projects with our technical staff, and find the right technical solution that can fulfill that idea. CVP's reputation for knowledge, technical expertise, customer service and quality is demonstrably underpinned by our status as Authorised Service Centre for many leading broadcast equipment manufacturers; additionally we are the exclusive UK Certified Service Centre for RED, the first and only European Service Centre for Teradek and one of a handful of companies authorised to service Sony VENICE cameras. Our team of highly trained in-house engineers offer unrivalled product expertise, a deeper level of service and support with faster turnaround times - meaning peace of mind for customers. In addition we can facilitate training for crew, whether bringing new talent to the industry or helping current professionals to get even better at their craft, as well as hosting networking events to help people broaden their relationships within the industry. These are just some of the ways in which CVP strives to offer more than just sales advice, and we are continually working on new ways to add value to our customers and the wider industry.
