C W Fletcher are currently involved in a number of space exploration projects with well known names such as Meggitt (UK), Astrium (France) and The Cranfield University (UK). Again, these are a mixture of development and running projects, clearly showing our flexible business style. Our expertise in titanium machining has been of particular interest to some key players within the space exploration industry and we now have links with high technology partners in this sector. CW Fletcher offer a range of custom machining services with both established customers and new technology providers (including direct metal deposition with companies and universities). Our size and independent ownership allow us a degree of flexibility absent from many larger groups.
