Cwm Care Limited is a private company that provides residential support for young adults with a learning disability. We provide person centered support and promote independence and social inclusions for our individuals. Our company is currently the biggest private provider of residential homes for young adults with a learning disability in Blaenau Gwent. We run 4 homes owned by a total of 14 individuals.
