Our strategic planning process is designed to extract concrete, actionable items from board-level discussions, design a priority around each goal, assign a deadline and measurable outcome to each initiative, and then operationalize them one at a time. As we work solutions into your business, we work ourselves out of it. The only exception to that is our marketing and business development services, which many clients choose to use remotely and for extended periods of time. Utilizing Cynex is like having a top-notch business executive on your team, but only when and as much as you need it. Our pricing is straightforward and designed to be scaled up or down as needed with no penalties for changes. This allows us to design integration time into your solutions, or "trials" as the staff gains confidence in taking over the new systems. After our initial meetings, most clients have a very good idea of how they'd like to use us and how often they'll need our services. And if things change, that's okay! At Cynex, the only thing we believe in more strongly than having a great plan is executing that plan - so strongly, in fact, we guarantee it. Around here, we don't believe you should ever feel obligated to work with a company that's not working for you. That's why all of our contracts have a 30-day out clause. If you're not 100% satisfied, you're out. It's as simple as that.
