Cynthia Turnbow

In 1960 her family moved to Parker, Arizona to help farm and develop the Colorado River Indian Tribes 300,000 acres. The land was rich with water and for a California farmer that was pure gold! The Valley, as it was called, was surrounded by the San Bernardino Mountains, green fields and deep irrigation canals. Cynthia says it was a hugely diverse culture and a good place to grow up, the best part was meeting her husband Billy. In the early 1980s they moved to Napa trading one beautiful valley for another. They were drawn to the Napa Valley because of the farming culture as well as an appreciation for the food, wine and mild Mediterranean climate. Cynthia and Billy, her husband of 40 years, have raised two wonderful sons and enjoyed so many great experiences in the Napa community. "We have excellent schools, churches, restaurants, wineries and entertainment; everything from bocce ball leagues to Porch Fest Bands, yachting, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking or biking miles of open space parks and trails.
