Javier has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry in Metal Framing, Drywall and Residential work including supervision and management. Javier serves as the Senior Project Manager and is responsible for project development. He is responsible for preparing budgets, job costs, take offs and job proposals. Pablo has been with the company since 2011. He consistently updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging construction practices and standards. He also organizes, plans, and controls projects; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors and staff. Pablo has been our main Superintendent for 8 years. Bianca joined the family in 2017 and currently oversees our Financial Department. She is responsible for all billing operations, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Adam has been in the construction business for 15 plus years. He provides leadership and support on large and complex projects during all phases of construction. He also prepares quantity take off work, estimates, and job proposals. Louie joined DVega Builders in late 2012 and is responsible for overseeing and supervising the companys activities and employees. Additionally, he also manages financial operations, office operations, design layouts, estimating, marketing and project scheduling. Juan has over 15 years of construction industry experience. He is responsible for ensuring material and equipment is delivered. He oversees construction operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensures that work is being done safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standards.
