Dahler & Company specialises in selling premium residential properties in prestigious locations and focuses on a clearly defined market segment, which in terms of housing units makes up only 0.5 percent of the total housing stock. The company has been managed for 20 years by Kirsten and Björn Dahler. Its innovative approach and high-quality services set new standards within the industry. Dahler & Company, including its three subsidiaries DC Residential, DC Commercial and DC Values, employs a total of 250 people. As well as sales of premium and luxury properties, the group is also involved in project development and marketing and in property management and investment. We currently have 37 offices in 26 locations. Several new offices are planned: It is our intention to add three new shops to our network in Germany each year. The features which our offices have in common include premium locations, the shop principle and an elegant design. We see ourselves as management consultants for the licence holders. Our success is based on our very well-trained teams of specialists, the highest quality services and a sophisticated franchise concept. We have set ourselves the goal of improving the profession and the image of estate agents. To this end, we train estate agents ourselves in our Real Estate School and pass on important technical and market knowledge within the profession.
