THE DAITO BANK, LTD. (the Bank) is a Japan-based regional bank mainly engaged in the provision of banking services. The Bank operates in three business segments. The Banking segment is engaged in the provision of account services, loan services, financial securities investment services, domestic exchange services, foreign exchange services, as well as securities investment trust and the over-the-counter sale of insurance products. The Leasing segment is engaged in the provision of finance and leasing services. The Others segment is engaged in the provision of credit card services and credit guarantee services.
