Dakota Midland Grain

Dakota Midland Grain was formed in 2001 by Minot Farmers Elevator and Archer Daniels Midland. Minot Farmer Elevator was incorporated March 24, 1906, serving farmers for 95 years independently before DMG&s;s formation. All customers of Dakota Midland Grain, LLC are by default patrons of MFE. This allows all DMG customers to receive patronage and also attend and vote at the annual meeting. MFE is currently represented by a 7 member board, 2 of these members serve on 4 person DMG Board of Directors (other two are from ADM). All customers are encouraged to take an active role by attending MFE&s;s annual meeting (usually held in March).
