We design different types of painting plants with both UV or thermal curing processes. Our range of services includes the development of process parameters and production tools in cooperation with Daldrop + Dr.Ing.Huber's partner companies. We design and manufacture major components such as cleanrooms, air conditioning, process media supply and pre-treatment systems. In cooperation with a wide range of suppliers our company also produces UV or thermal curing treatment units, control systems and process data reports as well as conveyor systems whereby environmental protection technologies, paint supply and paint application systems are incorporated. The Surface Technology Division of Daldrop + Dr.Ing.Huber assembles all components and supplies the verification and quality documentation for the process parameters. Our scope also includes plant commissioning and expert production monitoring. Our clients are manufacturers of high quality synthetic and metal parts (e.g. automotive components such as headlamp lenses, glass components or sunroof systems made of polycarbonate (PC)). We can deal with request both for mass production or for laboratories. Rejects resulting from contamination during the coating process or unstable process conditions generate unnecessary costs. Using Daldrop + Dr.Ing.Huber cleanroom technology achieves an optimum yield, giving the user a competitive edge.
