Dalke Construction is a very experienced commercial/industrial building contractor with a long list of building projects successfully completed. We have been building all types of commercial buildings from the ground up to office build outs and renovations for over 90 years. Projects include City of Salem Fire Stations #5, #7, #10 & #11, Pain Management Northwest, Park Place, Windermere, and The Plaza Condominiums in Bend, Dutch Bros., Spirit Mountain Lodge, and Oregon Department of Transportation. Dalke Construction has completed many public works projects over the years. From county and city governments, as well as federal government projects and universities, we work hard to make the building process smooth and efficient for all of our clients. Our experienced estimating department is thorough and meticulous during the bidding process, and our project management team is versed in working with and complying with regulations from a wide array of agencies, such as Oregon Department of Transportation, Marion County Public Works, and the City of Salem.
