The team is headed up by Fred Dalzell MRICS who has around 40 years experience. Andrew Dalzell MRICS is the other partner, who is based and lives in Portrush, and he has 10 years experience. Our most recent addition to the team is Charlotte Logan, who has joined us with almost 20 years experience dealing with property along the North Coast. We deal primarily with residential sales, and are the longest established residential sales specialists in Portrush.
