dams lucas oil is a racing team founded in 1988 by jean-paul driot. the team currently competes in formula 1's main feeder series - the fia formula 2 championship. in february 2022, ex-f1 driver charles pic took over the team from the driot family, marking a new era and continuing the legacy of the team.
