Dance Champs UK

Dance Champs UK was established in 2013 to allow Dance Schools from all over Scotland the opportunity to compete within a fun and friendly environment but most importantly without the heavy price tag which is often associated with such Competitions. We at Dance Champs like the focus to be on the performers talent rather than the extravagant costumes, making our competitions accessible to all. Dance Champs opened their doors to their very first dance competition at the Lagoon Leisure Centre in Paisley in November 2013 and with it being a roaring success Directors Lynne & Gaby decided to have these competitions running in May and November Every year. Soon enough these twice yearly Competitions became sell outs every time, leading to the Dance Champs First Scottish Tour in 2017 which saw semi finals in Paisley, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and the Grand Final at the Caird Hall Dundee. In 2016 Dance Champs took on their newest dance event "Dance Champs on Stage" a Huge dance extravaganza which would showcase both professional and amateur UK based dance school, at the SEC Armadillo. And the host for this was non other than Dance Mums TV Star Jennifer Ellison. Jennifer not only hosted the event presenting all the schools onto stage she also held masterclasses throughout the day as well as merchandise signing and meet and greets.
