DB Real Estate was formed by Nigel Dickason who has been dealing with commercial property transactions throughout the wider Thames Valley and Surrey areas for approaching 30 years. Immediately prior to establishing DB Real Estate, Nigel was a partner of Baker Davidson Thomas and opened the Blackwater Valley office in 1999, from 1990 to 1999 Nigel was an Associate Partner of Vail Williams and worked in both the Camberley and the Staines/Egham offices. In today's market, dealing with commercial property transactions successfully requires not only in depth market knowledge but also comprehensive and innovative marketing initiatives/techniques, great negotiating skills, lateral thinking and a huge amount of tenacity and at DB Real Estate we provide this for all our clients. We also provide a more regional coverage from our offices in Camberley and Woking. Whilst Nigel is the principal director of DB Real Estate, he is supported by a number of very able and experienced consultants and support staff.
