Don Bosco Technical Institute

The institute caters for youths aged 18 - 23 years who push outs from the formal education system with a minimum Form 3 ( Grade 9) education qualifications. The training programs includes long term certificate courses of three years ( two years on campus and one year on the job training) The certificate programs offered is in Automotive Technology, Certificate in Life Skills, Certificate in Electrical Technology and Certificate in Carpentry Technology. Short term courses of one year in Computers and Welding. The current student enrolment is 360 with 24 staff with average intake of 30 students per trade course. The institute is committed in promoting and developing technical skills, attitudes and work habits that will enable the youth to be productive skilled person and forming them into Good Christians and Honest Citizens.
