DCA employs around 70 people to deliver our programme. That means that we employ experts in curation, programming, artists' resources, community and education, audience development, events management and administration. Our commitment to top notch customer service is key to the success of the organisation and we're really proud of our front facing staff. We expect our staff to be passionate about what we do and in return we aim to provide them with a progressive environment to work in.
