Design Concepts has been designing high end custom homes for over 40 years. Gary Tobey formed Design Concepts in the early 1970's and has enjoyed a great reputation in Sonoma County, California, before moving to Hawaii in the early 90's. He has brought contemporary designs and mixed them with traditional Hawaiian forms to create a new vocabulary featuring both indoor and outdoor lifestyles. Now having two offices, one in Hawaii and the other in Northern California, Design Concepts looks forward to continuing to satisfy our clients by designing contemporary luxury homes, land planning, 3 dimensional models, realistic renderings and as-built drawings. Having over 12 years of experience in the graphic design industry, Mason Tobey brings a modern approach to the company's design philosophy. With a very talented staff of designers and draftsmen, Design Concepts combines extensive experience and a youthful eye for current, modern day designs.
