DC Metro Maternity (DCMM) is a boutique parenting support agency that works with expectant and new mothers, to make sure that parents are comfortable, informed, and empowered through the birthing and postpartum process. We want to positively impact women and couples, and alleviate new parent and postpartum struggles. We want expectant mothers & couples to feel understood, knowledgeable, and comforted before, during, and after they welcome their new baby. The core of DCMM is making expectant and new mothers feel good about themselves and their birth-related decisions by working with a thoughtful, proactive, and attentive doula. As birth and postpartum professionals, we cultivate non-judgmental partnerships between mothers, their partners, their medical teams. DCMM believes that when mothers and couples feel good about their parenting decisions they make choices based on purpose, not just pain.
