DCSI is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority which was introduced to promote competition between financial service firms and to administer consumer compliance rules and standards. We hold a full membership with the Credit Services Association (CSA) and apply their recommended code of practice with every customer and client we deal with. Along with being a CSA member we are also Data Protection registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and take Information Security seriously, so you can be rest assured that you are with the right people.
