To assure that every home we paint turns out beautiful we have the following procedure: Cleaning - All surfaces that are to be painted are cleaned and prepared. This ranges from a light dusting to sanding or heavy cleaning as the situation dictates. Protect your Property - Floors in the areas being painted are covered with heavy drop cloths. Items that aren't going to be removed from the room are moved and covered in plastic. Surface Preparation - Depending your the situation this can range from simply removing cover plates and filling nail holes, to repairing drywall and priming new or damaged areas. The level of surface prep will be covered in our proposal. Application of Paint - In most homes we apply two coats of high quality paint by roller and brush, achieving a uniform finish that conforms to industry standards. On larger projects we may utilize sprayers as well. Clean Up - After the completion of painting, all the painting refuse is cleaned up and the areas we worked in vacuumed or swept. Any over spray or stray paint that we find is cleaned up thoroughly. We of course leave behind labeled cans of touch up paint for your future use, and keep your paint colors on file in case you decide to do more later on. Final Walk Through - As the last step in our painting procedure, we do a final walk through with you to make sure you are completely satisfied and to get your feedback on the process as a whole.
