Dean Property Group

To provide some background Dean Property Group was incorporated in 1963 and is a privately owned company which specialises in the owning and management of commercial properties. The majority of the portfolio is in the industrial, office and leisure sectors. Headed by managing director Mike O'Donnell and co-director Jonathan Beever. The company is based in Wilmslow, Cheshire and whilst the portfolio is located across the country as a whole the vast majority is in the North of England. Multi let industrial estates and offices are owned and managed in Barrow-in-Furness, Scunthorpe, North Wales & Leeds. More recently leisure investments have been acquired in Manchester City Centre, Chester City Centre and Alderley Edge. Recent industrial acquisitions include a 17 acre estate in Gateshead in July 2015 and a 28,000 sq ft estate in Caernarfon in October 2015 and an 80,000 sq ft industrial estate in Flint in July 2016.
