debt free advice provides free, expert advice to anyone in financial difficulties at a time and place that fits around them via telephone, video chat, whatsapp, web chat and across our network of face-to-face advice centres. our trained and accredited advisors can help with all types of money worries from rent and council tax arrears to credit card and catalogue debt. we can work with clients to prioritise their bills & debts, helping them to write letters and advocating on their behalf. the service is funded by the money and pensions service and managed by toynbee hall, a charity based in london that's been creating a fairer, happier society since 1884. we are authorised and regulated by the financial conduct authority.
