De Exeter House is an independent private company, dedicated to the provision of residential respite and rehabilitation for stress, addiction, dual diagnosis and a wide range of mental health issues. e also provide day care and after care plans for our clients. ur Education department offers a range of courses, presentations and information, courses including preventative programmes designed to inform and enable both individuals and employees to make better lifestyle choices in relation to stress, addiction and mental health. For those seeking residential rehabilitation for addiction, mental health and stress related problems, we provide a fully comprehensive assessment and care plan at our custom built residential facility. Our experienced and professional team provide 24 hour care and support to a maximum of 8 clients at our comfortable and serene house in the spectacular Donegal countryside. De Exeter House attracts a wide range of international clients for which we arrange a pre-admission telephone interview to assess their needs and ensure that a comprehensive care plan is made available where possible.
