Degen Excavating

Degen Excavating is a second-generation, family-owned company that was founded in 1958. For more than 50 years, we've been dedicated to providing quality services to various organizations, industries and municipalities in (but not limited to) our ten-county service area of Northwest Ohio. We are a union-affiliated company with the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 18 as well as Laborers' International Union of North America, Local 329. Our team consists of approximately 40 union employees. We are prequalified with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT), accredited by the Better Business Bureau for more than 21 years, and our current Dunn & Bradstreet rating is 3A1.
