Dem-Master offer a UKAS accredited compliant Asbestos Management Surveys, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys, as part of our full turnkey demolition project management services. We have provided compliant surveys to many independent clients and local authorities. The Pre-Demolition Asbestos Survey (previously known as type 3) is required prior to any demolition or refurbishment work being carried out. Regulation 4 "Duty to Manage" requires the duty holder to find out whether your premises contain asbestos, assess the risk, and develop a plan to manage that risk and act on it. Failure to comply could result in prosecution by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Using our own dedicated in-house asbestos removal team we are able to offer our clients a high level of professionalism and value for money for all asbestos removal projects.
