Small and large machined parts can be quickly and accurately produced on one of Demmer's multiple 33,000 rpm milling machines, which routinely machine complex surfaces from lightweight alloys such as aluminum and titanium. Parts and tools are validated through Demmer's AS quality system and can be inspected via any of Demmer's in-house Coordinate Measuring Machines. Located in Michigan, Demmer has many qualified and certified process suppliers available, allowing Demmer Corporation to manufacture details complete to print to include all coatings and finishes. Demmer Corporation's 1,600,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space is spread throughout the state of Michigan. This space includes 100,000 square feet of climate-controlled floor space. Full welding, painting and fabrication capabilities are offered under one roof at Demmer's Corporate Facility, while entire structure assembly is just down the road at Demmer's West Facility.
