DP maintains all employee records for seven years. DP issues employees W-2 at the end of each year. DP handles any workman compensation claims and they will not be filed against you. DP is responsible for unemployment claims and they are not filed against you. DP will maintain Hepatitis B Virus Vaccination forms. DP maintains accident reports for 30 years (per WISHA).
