DePalma is committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are unhappy with the merchandise received, simply return it to DePalma within 90 days of the Invoice Date for a full refund. Returns must be received in the original condition. Returns received within 91 days - 365 days will be issued a Store Credit. Returns and Exchanges are gladly accepted within 90 days of the Invoice Date for a full refund and within 365 days for a Store Credit. Merchandise must be in original condition for resale, unless defective. Merchandise must be returned with all labels and tags attached. The original Invoice must accompany all returns. If desired, make a copy for your records. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on Returns and Exchanges. DePalma recommends using a shipping carrier that offers a tracking number and /or an insured method of shipping.
