Deraya was founded in 2002 as an Egyptian sales services company providing high quality services to reputable and large corporations. Three partners manage Deraya: Ashraf Zaki, Ahmed Soliman, and Mohamed Shafei, with more than 50 years of combined management experience in multinationals and leading organizations. Deraya offered sales outsourcing services as well as sales training and development, and consultancy. It was the first company in Egypt offering sales outsourcing services to insurance companies, real estate developers, financial institutions, as well as information technology and telecommunication companies such as: Insurance: Bupa Global, MetLife Alico, Libano- Suisse, Misr Insurance, and AIG. Real Estate: Mountain View, Amlak Finance, and Sodic. Banking: BNP Bank, Piraeus Bank, Citibank, and Credit Agricole. IT & Telecommunications: Vodafone, Xerox, Link-dot-Net, and Microsoft. Deraya became a market leader specializing in sales operation management and in sales training and consultancy. Deraya's sales force consisted of one of Egypt's largest sales networks selling to individuals as well as corporations.
