The Derby Brewing Company is a family run business looking for a full time Administrator to join our Head Office team. You must have strong numerical and IT skills, as well as good customer service and communication skills. This is a varied role supporting our 4 pub sites and brewery in a variety of functions. Key responsibilities include: Supporting our Office Manager in carrying out the day to day accounts duties. Provide general administrative support to our pub sites and brewery, including operating our Epos system, updating the tills for each site and producing reports. Make weekly telephone calls to our current customers for beer orders, as well as dealing with queries and maintaining strong working relationships with customers. Operate our brewery management system, processing orders, tracking casks and routing all delivery runs to various cities around the UK. Co-ordinate orders and distribution for our larger customers. Process purchase invoices and communicate with suppliers. Chase overdue sales invoices by telephone, email & letter. Assist with weekly payroll processing Keep our customer databases up to date. Product and supplier procurement as required. General filing and data entry.
