We are committed to providing the finest in quality dermatological care, and we share your concern about the costs involved. As a result, we participate in many of the managed care programs in the Central Florida area. We have found the participation and the structure of HMOs and PPOs change from time to time. Please check with us periodically to see if we currently participate in your plan. Be sure to bring the required authorization to cover each visit where applicable. Without this authorization, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you are on a PPO or HMO that our office is contracted with, your co-payment and/or unmet deductible will be due at the time of service. We also have staff trained in insurance, who will be happy to answer questions or assist you in any way.
