We are a professional business support services company that provides service excellence and cost efficiency to clients by leveraging our expertise in the Impact Sourcing space. Our story began within the hallowed campus of IIT Madras in 2005. Saloni Malhotra, our Founder-Director, identified deficiencies of the service industry in India where there are gaps in manpower hiring, quality & employability of the workforce and distribution of jobs across the urban-rural geographies. Under the guidance of Prof. Ashok Jhunjhunwala, she did a study of the market in the IT/BPO sector. From this stemmed the idea - Take Jobs to the People instead of People to Jobs. DesiCrew was established with an over-arching vision to deliver social impact by successfully establishing a business model that performs equally well on quality and cost. As one of the successful incubatees of IITM's Rural Technology Business Incubator (RTBI) and pioneers in the Impact Sourcing space, we have grown since 2007 and proven the efficacy of our chosen business model. Our team at DesiCrew is now over 500 people strong, with operations across more than 10 states, and multi-lingual capabilities and customer experience spanning more than 15 industries. Our ability to harness latent professional talent in non-urban locations combined with our investment in defining processes and training that leverages this talent have earned us the trust and business of companies and institutions ranging from global technology majors to financial service conglomerates. The emergence of the Impact Sourcing Service Provider (ISSP) model as a powerful business idea today, is a validation of the early faith and investment of our investors and mentors in our vision. While being a pioneer of this model has earned us recognition nationally and globally, we believe that our continued efforts to innovate and strive for excellence will ensure greater value for all our stake holders.
