When DESIGNfirst was founded in 2006, we had a staff of three people managing all design, development and construction for projects throughout Chicago and its suburbs. Since then, our staff and our reputation has grown, and now DESIGNfirst is widely recognized for our unique approach to the design/build process in Chicago and beyond. We started DESIGNfirst because we had seen the design/build market in Chicago & its suburbs, and we wanted to take it in a new direction. We care about our clients as much as we care about our projects, so we designed our process to make remodeling and renovating as homeowner-friendly as possible.
