Dumfries and Galloway Arts Association is an arts development agency for South West Scotland. DGAA are a rural arts agency of national repute with a particular passion for inspiring and promoting excellence and community involvement in performing arts, public arts and literature. DGAA provides professional support for current and emerging regional artists as well as a highly nurturing environment for local community arts. In doing so, it inspires exciting collaborations at all levels between artists, across the community, nationally and with an imaginative array of partners - many projects being showcased locally, nationally and internationally. DGAA's core ethos and ambition is to encourage the local community and visiting audiences to participate in and enjoy an award-winning year-round arts programme.
