Downers Grove Township

The Downers Grove Township Republican Organization is dedicated to furthering Republican principles and helping candidates at the local, state and federal levels. We are committed to being active participants in the political process by helping with party building and distributing information to constituents. We believe in increasing the debate on important issues to help educate the public. We strive to be a resource for voters who want to learn more and volunteer for the Republican Party in our township. Downers Grove Township is located in the southeastern portion of DuPage County. The township consists of 144 precincts and is the largest township in DuPage County. The township's borders are defined by County Line Road on the east, Woodward Avenue on the west, 39th Street on the north and the Cal Sag Canal on the south. Our monthly meetings are held at Ashyana Banquets, 1620 W. 75th St., Downers Grove at 7:30 p.m. every second Monday of the month. The June, July and August meetings are informal. There are usually civic, governmental, or political speakers at each meeting. All of our meetings are open to the public, and we welcome all individuals who would like to attend!
