We offer a next day delivery service to most areas of the UK. A two day service is available for all other mainland areas. Are we able to deliver 24/7? We operate according to customer specific requirements and can accommodate normal and out of hours delivery times nationwide. Does David Hathaway Transport Ltd own its own vehicles? We own over 45, vehicles together with 60 trailers. Also, being founder members of Partnerlink Ltd, we utilise partner vehicles to deliver our customers' product by reciprocal arrangement. We are also shareholder members of the Palletforce Pallet Network. What distribution facilities can we offer? We have a 9,500 pallet space, narrow-aisle distribution warehouse which services our transit area. Orders can be placed until late evening for nationwide next day delivery on our own or Partnerlink network. All pallets are computer located, using Psion Teklogix RF barcode technology. Customers can check their stock levels online through our website. Can we collect late in the day for next day delivery? We specialise in the fact that we can collect until late evening from customer premises for nationwide next day delivery. Can customers' stocks be traced and visible online in real time? All warehouse customers' stocks can be seen via a link on this website. The way in which the data is viewed can be tailored to meet individual customer requirements. Each item of stock in the warehouse is uniquely bar-coded in a computer-controlled location. Is our facility secure? We have internal and external 24 hour full site digital CCTV coverage in operation. The perimeter fence is also electrified. All incoming and outgoing traffic is electronically monitored and recorded on video.
