Darul Hikmah University

Darul Hikmah University (DHU) is a non-political and non-profit educational organization. The credit for the idea of establishing this university goes to Al-Ihsan Foundation for education and community development (AFECOD), which is the founder organization of the university. AFECOD felt the need for a university under private initiative, and discussed the concept of establishing this university with a group of intellectuals, researchers and educationists, at home and abroad. AFECOD founders came forward to materialize the dream of such an institution by putting together their ideas, energies and financial resources, in 2011. By the Grace of Allah (SWT), Darul Hikmah University was founded in the year 2012.
