Dial-a-Cab is the largest licensed radio taxi organisation in London. Established in 1953 with just a handful of drivers, today we process thousands of trips daily in our state-of-the-art contact centre and more than 150 people work in our modern 4-storey office building on the outskirts of London's financial district. Dial-a-Cab has long been renowned as a pioneer of the latest technology and was the first organisation of its kind in the UK to install a fully computerised despatching system. Nowadays, not only can our clients book taxis online, but they can also follow the driver's progress in real time - a first for the industry. Although we have a large number of individual account holders, the majority of our business comes from our large corporate accounts - many of them blue chip companies and household names. The key to our unparalleled success is not simply providing a prompt, clean taxi with a courteous driver; equally important is the quality of service these clients receive from our team members.
