Driver Group have been providing Expert Witness testimony for over 30 years. In 2012 we identified that there was a growing need in the market for dedicated Expert Witness services and out of this Driver international arbitration and litigation expert services, Diales, was born. We set out strict criteria for our experts to comply with: A minimum of 15 years' industry experience; At least 50% of their workload is expert work; They have been cross examined; They have been trained in what is required of experts in both Litigation and Arbitration. When Diales launched, we had 13 experts offering quantum and forensic delay analysis expert services. Several years later, and we have quadrupled the number of experts in our Diales team and expanded our services from quantum and forensic delay analysis to technical which includes: forensic architecture; structural; and mechanical and electrical engineering. More recently we have added asset valuation to our range of services. We will continue to expand our team to include the highest quality individuals who work with the legal sector, in engineering and construction matters.
