From the beginning, Diamond SIS has been a hands-on company in philosophy and application. In addition to delivering quality software, the company made a point to provide quality customer service, offering on-site implementation and end-user training services, as well as ongoing support from a knowledgeable team. The comprehensive software packaged with outstanding service at a great price helped Diamond SIS grow with clients across the United States. In 2013, Diamond SIS became a subsidiary of Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT), a financial services company which has been serving the education space since 1990. Joining ACT provided Diamond SIS with additional resources to fund software upgrades and keep pace with the rapidly evolving education market. Today, Diamond SIS has clients at 270 campuses nationwide, and our first clients in Puerto Rico are still with us, along with other longtime customers. Our staff comes from many areas of school management and information technology. We are members of numerous associations and regulatory bodies, and we work as advocates for our clients at every opportunity.
