Under the fully supported by State Environmental Protection Administration (currently changed to Ministry of Environmental Protection (MEP)), CVECC-EIET (CVECC Environmental Information Engineering & Technology Co, Ltd.) was founded 2002 in Beijing. It was first local high-tech company specialized in the field of application software, information system integration and customer service for environmental protection those including air, water and soil pollution monitoring and control. Specifically the company cooperated with the Motor Vehicle Emission Monitoring Center of MEP established a set of applicability, professional, authoritative, highly targeted information management network system ( www.vecc-mep.org.cn ) of motor vehicle emissions control.
