The acquisition by Devexperts terminated DigiMark operations activity and since beginning of 2019 our doors have been closed. By ending of our operations as a software company we do not end DigiMark's existance. Our socially responsible legacy will remaing in the form of the first social impact investment VC fund in Bulgaria - DigiMark Ventures , as well as DigiMark Foundation , which will work to resolve civil and social issues through technology and digital solutions developed entirely by volunteers.
