With such a wealth of expertise and experience in the photography market, we felt the time was right to launch a new photographic website that brings the same quality and depth of content to our online readers that readers of our print titles currently experience. One of the chief aims on Digital Camera World is simple: to provide you with the best photographic techniques and tips, whether that's a step-by-step walkthrough on using Photoshop or an in-the-field video showing you how to use your camera more effectively. Although we're all keen photographers, we will begrudgingly accept that industry experts can often offer better advice than us, so you'll find plenty of that too. You'll also find all the latest, up-to-date photography news. Whether it's confirmation of a long-rumoured camera or changes in laws affecting photographers, you will find it here. We also have an excellent testing team providing honest and independent camera reviews. Led by Angela Nicholson, our head of testing, Digital Camera World's camera reviews set the standard by incorporating resolution chart image quality analysis and other thorough inspections into our testing procedures. As with our photography tutorials and other content, our aim is to test and report back to you first with an honest, unbiased analysis once a new camera is announced.
