We offer approachable beers for the craft beer enthusiast as well as the first time craft beer drinker. Like you, we no longer accept that a casual beer needs to be yellow with no character or flavor. The idea behind Blue Stallion Brewing Company was started over the winter of 2011 by founders Kore Donnelly, Nico Schulz, Xavier Donnelly, Jim Clemons, and Zac Donnelly. Lexington was primed for local craft beer and we wanted to bring our passion and expertise to the local beer scene.
